Learn how to walk easier, improve balance, and get training in how to use trekking poles for fitness and safety.

Outdoor sessions are offered in Tilden Park, or other open spaces, while maintaining social distancing, wearing masks, and not touching.
Sessions can include working with balance, posture, walking, strength training, and learning how to use trekking poles properly.

FEES: Max 2-students during Covid19 crisis:

  • One Student: $90
  • Two Students: $130
